  • All orders are processed individually. Your trimmings must be refrigerated or frozen, clean, boneless, andin food-safe bags, that are NOT Ziploc slider bags, garbage bags, or black plastic bags.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any incoming wild game that has not been properly handled and/or unfit for use. All items are based on green weight.
  • Some items are subject to shrinkage due to drying.
  • Individual products are made into 25 lb. (minimum) batches.
  • We provide 8-10 lbs. of pork to your 15-17 lbs. of wild game.
  • Minimum finished package sizes are 1 pound.
  • Full balance due upon pick-up of order.


There will be a $15/week fee for freezer storage of meat not picked up within 10 days of notification ofcompletion.

  • Ground and Formed Jerky
